1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on all digital products and services under specific conditions:
- Refunds are applicable only if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The original payment receipt or order ID must be provided when requesting a refund.
Refunds will be credited only after verifying the eligibility of the request.
2. Non-Refundable Products & Services
Certain products and services are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:
- Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used.
- Services that have already been fulfilled or initiated (such as activation or setup).
- Subscription-based services are once activated.
- Any product or service specifically marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@thehp.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- Mention your full name, contact number, and reason for the refund.
- Allow us 3–5 business days to review your request and respond.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed.
- To cancel an order, contact us at support@thehp.in immediately with your order details.
- Once an order is processed or the product is accessed/downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Currently, no cancellation fees are charged.
